• How to install A-Dock for the first time and start using it ?
Step 1 :
Drag&drop the files “A-Dock” and “A-Dock Control” onto the icon of your System Folder. The Finder will then ask you if you want to place these files in the Extensions Folder and Control Panels Folder. Answer yes.
Step 2:
Drag&drop the folder “A-Dock Help” inside the Help folder of your System Folder.
Step 3:
Open A-Dock Control (from your Control Panels) to launch A-Dock without having to restart. If it fails, restart your computer.
• How to install a new version of A-Dock when an old version is running ?
Step 1 :
First you need to quit A-Dock. For that, if you have A-Dock 2.3 or newer, control-click on A-Dock's bottom to popup the dock's menu. Choose the “Quit A-Dock” command. If you have an older version, run the script "Quit A-Dock" located inside the "Goodies" folder of the archive.
Step 2:
Follow the instructions for the first-time-install above from step 1 to step 3.
• How to remove A-Dock ?
Remove the file "A-Dock" from the Extensions folder and "A-Dock Control" from the Control Panels folder. Restart.
Shareware
"A-Dock" is $7 shareware due to the incredible number of hours I've spent developing it. You can try it out for 30 days. After that period, if you decide to keep "A-Dock", please support shareware and pay the shareware fee. It enables you to use ANY future version of A-Dock and it helps me developing more cool stuff.

• or you send me $7 CASH to my postal address with an email address for the answer. But this will be longer to process your registration. Please DO NOT send checks !
Distribution
"A-Dock" may be freely distributed via electronic bulletin boards, user groups and person to person. When distributed, all accompanying files are to be distributed too.
"A-Dock" can be put on any other site or included on any CD-ROM, but please tell me if you do, so I can send updated versions when available.
